How busy can Keele Street and King Road

intersection possibly get?

Three huge utility vehicles took up two lanes of Keele Street in front of Hogan's Inn on Monday of this week causing considerable consternation for motorists who kept moving but oh so slowly.   Pedestrians were also greatly challenged.
