...except it's not in King!
This billboard for the King's Gate subdivision, which describes itself as being "so King", is located on the east side of Bathurst Street, just north of the Temperanceville. But the sign and the new homes are located in Richmond Hill - not King Township. Details...details...pesky details.

very sneaky. They for sure are getting away with saying that they are referring to the name of this development "King's Gate" (which they again cleverly chose for this location - as it is next to King).
