Celebrate the start of Canada's 150th anniversary year by exploring one of King's early specialized handcrafts. A wide variety of locally-made quilts and information, about the creative side of King's early settlers. The exhibit may be viewed Tuesdays to Saturdays, Jan. 10 to 27, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., in Kinghorn on the north side of King Road, just east of Jane.

Quilts on display will include 'crazy quilts' (see photos at top) and 'signature quilts' (see photos at left and above). The signature quilt pictured here celebrates the 100th anniversary of Eversley's Presbyterian Church in 1934.
