Here's a construction project on the west side of Main Street, in Schomberg, that I've only just noticed in the last week or so.
It is opposite The Grackle Cafe and the Schomberg Pub & Patio. Eric Moon at the Township of King offices, told me the building permits for the site include residential and commercial premises. It would appear that commercial space would occupy the ground level and residential units on the upper levels. Thanks for the update Eric.
