New King City liquor store on schedule

New LCBO store to open in spring
Construction of the new liquor store, beside Coppa's supermarket in the King's Ridge Marketplace, is on schedule to open in April of next year.   The photo below shows the store in September when steel was being erected.   The photo above was taken this week showing the brickwork and windows almost complete.

    It's just a short buggy ride to Temperanceville. This marks the end of prohibition in King Township.
