I have hummer feeders in a few spots in the garden...some in the sun...some in the shade. I change the sugar water every week so its not often they evaporate before I get to them.
Sorry one more thing Barry, my wife and I went to see the Alan Bray museum last weekend and it appears to already be closed. Do you know if they will have it open again before the auction?
Great pics! So much personality in them.
ReplyDeleteWow Barry, the Hummingbird and Cardinal are really great photos. The Cardinal looks like a water colour painting.
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to get you reply, Warren. Thanks, Barry
DeleteMy pleasure, I think that it is great that you take the time to share your hobby with others to enjoy.
ReplyDeleteAs for the hummers, every time I hang up a feeder the nectar evaporates within a week. Is your feeder in a shaded area?

DeleteIsn't it wonderful seeing them coming to your yard. Thanks for sharing the pictures of your visitors.
