Flies & UV Radiation a menace
The horses in these two photos were being pastured on a Hwy. 9 farm near Glenville when I photographed them last week. The ever-increasing concerns about infections caused by flies and the cancer scares of the sun's UV Radiation are reflected in more and more horses wearing more and more protection. The levels of protection run the gamut from nothing to various stages of coverage, as seen in these photos.
