Linda and I dropped into Posto Panino, in the King's Ridge Marketplace, on Saturday afternoon for an early dinner. It was my second visit and Linda's first. On this occasion, I tried the Toscana Stone Pizza. Except for the mozzarella, it was basically a vegan or vegetarian pizza, including tomato sauce, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and green olives on an excellent, thin crust. There was only one word to describe it: delicious.
