Here's my dilemma dear reader.
I've not found the perfect feeder.
It's driving me nuts,
No ifs, ands or buts.
Darned if I can impede her.

perfect feeder - oxymoron. I've tried everything . But we've come to a stand still, once he succeeds in breeching the barrier , he no longer destroys the feeder and eats everything in sight , he'll have a little feed and then leave . He's just as happy to jostle with the crows and juncos on the ground. It's like once the challenge has been meet , he looses interest. I think he's saying to me "Is that all you got?"
ReplyDeleteI bought a squirrel proof pole and baffle from the place in the Mandarin plaza in Newmarket and guess what, they are still getting in. I was told it has to be 8 feet from any fence or tree as they can jump that far. Unfortunately I have interlock and a pool so 8 feet is not an option $200 later 😥
