$76 million - now up to $86 million

What's another $10,000,000?

King Township has approved an additional $10,000,000 to the cost of the new 'Township Wide Recreation Centre' on the grounds of Seneca College at Dufferin Street and 15th Sideroad.   The funds will apparently come from fundraising (?), naming rights, and the sale of surplus lands.   And where will the funds come from for unforeseen additional costs after that?   Meanwhile, site preparation made major steps forward this past week (photos below).
