Three huge utility vehicles took up two lanes of Keele Street in front of Hogan's Inn on Monday of this week causing considerable consternation for motorists who kept moving but oh so slowly. Pedestrians were also greatly challenged.
The ice is almost gone from the Glenville Pond at Dufferin Street and Highway 9, but iron seepage seems to have found its way in to the pond at a particular spot on the Dufferin Street side. I believe I've seen this before in other years, so perhaps it is a natural phenomenon.
King Township's new massive recreation centre on the grounds of Seneca College, on the northern edge of King City, was the site this past week of the first construction vehicles tackling water issues.
I'm not sure why whenever I take pictures at Dog Tales Rescue Centre, I more often than not come away with pictures of the horses there. This one isn't even complimentary to the horse as I caught it sticking its tongue out.
