  1. I love the stone wall covered in moss. My wife and I hiked that trail in the fall of 2016 off of Keele Street but the portion leading to Eaton Hall was closed so we never got to see that.

  2. I remember the bridge. We used to cross it when we were going swimming in the lake. Was the next picture taken from the bridge looking toward the lake. I think the blocks covered with moss was on the way into the big house.

  3. Hello folks. Thanks your comments. The moss-covered wall is a couple of hundred meters north of Eaton Hall, on the Oak Ridges Trail The second picture was taken from the 15th Sideroad looking north across the extensive connecting lily ponds, south of Lake Jonda (Seneca Lake)

  4. I used to work at Eaton's in my teens and worked with lots of great full time staff whole got screwed out of their pensions by the 4th generation brothers Eaton.

    What a lousy way to close out a legacy business that was around for more than 100 years.
