The land at the north-east corner of the King's Ridge Marketplace, at Dufferin Street, was cleared and graded last week in preparation for the building of a new restaurant with a drive-through and 25 parking spaces. The site is behind Coppa's and east of King's Ridge Montessori. King Township Councillor Jordan Cescolini tells me he believes the tenant is McDonald's.
