My partner Pat, at Delmanor Retirement Residence in Aurora, introduced me to getting my own wine made at 'Vin-Bon' in Richmond Hill. I had two dozen bottles of "BarrytheBirder" Sauvignon Blanc Reserve 2025 made. The alcoholic content is 13 %. The Taste? Very pleasant, if I do say so myself. And the price? About $6.00 per bottle...less than half of what I was used to paying for at the LCBO. Highly recommended.
