New Dog Tales facility already a landmark...

Photos by Barry Wallace
So impressive is the design and setting of the newest development at The Dog Tales Sanctuary on the 19th Sideroad of King, that the development is already a township landmark to many passersby.  Predicted at one time to open in December of last year, the project is still under construction and an opening date has not been settled upon.   The 54,000 sq. ft. facility and services are situated on 48 acres of the Dog Tales's 100-acre property on the King Ridge.   The facility will offer multiple veterinary services with advanced technological equipment, including MRI and CT scanners.   Veterinary care to emergency surgery, with an animal holistic centre plus underwater therapy for dog and horses will be provided.  It stated some time ago that the open-to-the-public animal hospital would operate on a 24-hour basis.
