Cooler for eggs taken from side of road
I drove past this roadside sign on the holiday Monday when it said 'EGGS FOR SALE'. On Tuesday I happened past it again when another sign had been propped over the original asking for the return of the cooler that had been set out to keep the eggs fresh and to presumably leave money for the eggs purchased. I see roadside offerings like this on King's highways and byways from time to time and admire that King Township residents can use this quaint way of doing countryside commerce. How disappointing to see that such opportunities are abused by passersby. My appreciation to the folks for their roadside enterprise. It seems even the King Township countryside is not immune to the vagaries of modern, big city society.
