The exhibition at the Aurora Peace Park will explore how Aurora, King and Whitchurch/Stouffville memorialized those who made their ultimate sacrifice during the 1st World War.   The exhibition will feature artefacts from the three municipalities' collections and will tell the story of the memorial's creation and the Peace Park's legacy.
The visual story of the Cenotaph will continue to be told through street banners commemorating the names on the memorial, which will be displayed across Aurora, King and Whitchurch-Stouffville.
Visitors to the rededication ceremony are reminded of limited parking at the site and should arrive early to find parking spots at nearby commercial properties.
